The agricultural lands of the Wyoming Silver Spur Ranch properties provide our shooting clients with a tremendous opportunity for some of the best target shooting in the country. With a very large population of both Wyoming ground squirrels and white-tailed prairie dogs, Spur Outfitters offers its guests the opportunity to hunt our properties during the summer months. We allow this activity as a management tool for the properties, as these rodents are very destructive to the ranchlands and the crops grown on the properties.
Prairie dog shoots are conducted May through August.
